This means that sailing affects a person’s mood positively.
  3. Cardiovascular Health Improvement. Sailing can be likened to intense sports such as tennis and baseball. This means, that sailing can reduce the chances of hypertension, heart illnesses and even obesity.
  4. Flexibility and Agility Enhancement. The activities of sailing, such as pulling and hoisting sails can help improve hand and eye coordination. These activities would also help enhance or improve one’s flexibility and agility.
  5. Sailing can also be a relaxing activity due to the splashing and the color of the water. This would greatly help reduce stress and soothes the mind.
