Use the VCR-type buttons to scroll through your sightings information.
The 
button is used to rewind to the beginning of the sightings list. Click it to quickly go to the first sighting you entered.
The 
button is used to move to the previous sighting in the list. Click it to quickly go to the previous sighting in the list.
The Jump button: 
allows you to quickly "jump" around in the sightings list. Just type in the record number and press the enter button
The "Add Sighting" button 
adds a new, blank, outing.
The outings you enter or modify aren't committed to the database until you either click the 
button, or move to another form (the sightings explorer, for example).
Use the delete button (
)to delete the current outing.
The binoculars (
) allow you to search the sightings list and find a sighting.
Use the "find previous" button (
) to find the previous item in the sightings list that meets the criteria you specified for the search (using the binoculars).
Use the "find next" button (
) to find the next item in the list that meets the criteria you specified for the search (using the binoculars)
